hello! my name is mikoto, and i yume with jing yuan!i love drawing merchandise, especially for my others who enjoy the same things i do -- but i thought, why not make an avenue for people to have merch of their own blorbos! :> and that's why we're here.i want to be able to help people whose blorbos don't have a lot of merch, or even people who just want custom merch to have access to their silly little guys as merch they can hold! because i know i get so happy being able to hold little jing yuan in my hands :')

process

In order of which I have received them, I will draw the art. The lead time for your design will be 1-2 weeks from starting; I will message you on your preferred platform once I've begun!1. Production will start on the first week of March after I have contacted you and we've settled payment. Note that I will ask you to add the transaction fee once you pay.
2. The estimated time of arrival for the keychains to me would be late-March. Once I receive them, I will immediately begin processing your order for shipping.
3. I will be asking for shipping fee and your shipping details. Once I receive the shipping fee, it will take me 1-3 business days for me to ship out your keychain.
4. All keychains should be shipped 1-2 months after the art has been sent.Please take a look at this link for general updates regarding production.

terms and conditions

✧ I will not start on your commission unless I'm paid at least 100% upfront. Exceptions can be made and payment plans can also be made. This is so that I can pay for the production fees of your commission.
✧ Absolutely no refunds once I have started on your order. I can make exceptions to this depending on your circumstance, but you must have a valid reason.
✧ I will allow 1-2 revisions per commission. More revisions will cost extra, unless it was a genuine mistake on my part. Revisions past the lineart phase will have a charge.
✧ All commissioned art must have credit linking me.
✧ I have the right to decline commissions.
✧ You absolutely cannot use my art as NFTs or as something you can feed to an AI.
✧ All commissions are for personal use, unless we agree otherwise.
✧ Please understand that I am a full-time student that has multiple personal responsibilities. I'm neurodivergent and disabled, which affects my workflow. Please respect that I have these conditions, and that it will make it difficult for me to draw/write at times.

I received my order on April 9th, 2025 and I am amazed by the quality of the keychains! They're super clear and they feel good to the touch. Miko is an amazing artist, and the communication during the process is a breeze. Ordering is as simple as providing a few pictures of the character, and filling out a form.
